Crown Dental Lab takes great pride in producing not only artistically pleasing restorations, but delivering a service that has been long discarded by many businesses. We provided a service like going to a boutique, rather than a LARGE store where there is no one on one personal service. We don't have a computer answering our phones while we are opened, putting you on hold with annoying music in the background. You always get to the technician immediately.  We are known for our artistry as stated in our Testimonials page, although three letters are posted, there are many. 

When a local doctor is faced with a difficult shade we will visit the office at an appointed time to assist in taking a shade at NO additional charge, this is part of our personal service approach.

I have developed all of my colors I use in my porcelain to achieve best results for Tooth Tattooing.

You are probably wondering why all the Americanism on my web site.  Well quite simply put, with a great deal of the large labs, especially on the West Coast, they have begun to Outsource a lot of their doctors cases to offshore facilities.  They go as far to admit this on some of their web sites, and with pride.  We believe PRIDE begins right here in this country and doing our own work.  Just imagine for a moment the following:

1. Your case are picked up at your office by a postal service, put in a truck, then in a belly of an aircraft when temperatures drop close to freezing, then back to cabin temperature again when they land.  Upon arrival it is put back in a hot or cold truck to be delivered to the LARGE LAB, only to be repackaged, put on a Postal Service truck again, placed in the belly of another aircraft with temperature changes, on a truck again upon arrival and to the offshore facility. Even though today's material can wait a few days before pouring up, nothing can be more accurate then cases being poured the same day with very little temperature fluctuations. 

2. Foreign countries have different infection control standards then we do here in the USA. When was the last time you Autoclaved  a crown or denture?  Chances are you have not, and that is because you are confident that all labs are disinfecting before delivery, a lot of labs here in the USA are required to do so. Are they required to do so in Foreign labs with our standards?  You will find that they are not.  Why should this be acceptable to you or your patients.

3. Are all of their materials ADA Approved? 

This is why all the Pride in the USA on my site and in my lab.  We believe and take great Pride in our product and want to guarantee to you and your patients a quality and SAFE restoration and all ADA approved materials.  WE DO NOT USE SUBSTANDARD MATERIALS!
